Project Diversity

This fall, Limited Brands associate Tennille Cooley was one of 15 graduates honored at the United Way of Central Ohio’s Project Diversity 2011 graduation. Started in 1989, Project Diversity is an eight-month training program for minority professionals, designed to facilitate their placement on volunteer boards and committees.  Project Diversity’s goal is giving underrepresented populations a much needed voice in community leadership. Cooley says the program encouraged self-discovery and had a huge impact on her personally. “It was truly an awesome experience!”
